Linear actuator with integrated controller

The PSA56 combines Nanotec’s external hybrid linear actuator LSA56 and the smart controllers of the PD4-E series. It is designed for challenging applications with high repetition accuracy.

C and E series

C and E series – Brushless DC servo motors with integrated controller

The motors of the C and E series are available in two control versions: In the stand-alone version with USB interface, the motors are controlled either via clock-direction or by a set value that is specified on the analog input. In the CANopen version, they are controlled via fieldbus according to the CiA 402 standard. Both versions support application programs that are executed directly in the motor controller. For programming these motors, the Nanotec Plug & Drive Studio can be used. Programs created with this software run in the motor controller as machine code. They are synchronized with the digital inputs and outputs via the real-time operating system in 1-ms cycles and with instructions received via fieldbus.

N and O series

N and O series – Brushless DC servo motors with integrated controller

The motors of the N and O series are designed for field-oriented control (closed loop) and are available in RS485 and CANopen versions. For parameterization, Nanotec offers the free NanoPro (RS485) or NanoCAN (CANopen) windows software. In a decentralized system, the NanoJEasy software, which is also free of charge, can be used to develop autonomous sequence programs that are independent of the master PLC. These motors are ideally suited for decentralized or multi-axis applications.
