RMA ("Return Material Authorization") procedure for return shipments(repair, defective, exchange, modification)
Nanotec GmbH & Co. KG does its best at all times to ensure that you receive only flawless products. But, unfortunately, returns for repair can never be entirely eliminated. In order to be able to handle return deliveries expediently and without any unnecessary delay, we ask you to strictly observe the following procedure:
- Before submitting your return, please check carefully that a defect does actually exist. For unjustified complaints, we will invoice a testing and flat rate processing charge of € 50.- plus dispatch costs and sales tax.
- Transport damage must be reported to the responsible transport company immediately.
- Please use our RMA number for the return shipment. You can obtain this number by filling out the RMA form (downloadable on this website). Please always quote the delivery note or invoice number and the Nanotec item number to enable us to assign your complaint correctly. You will receive a confirmation with the RMA number from us within 24 hours.
- Pick-up of the returned goods will always be handled by UPS; when making a return shipment, always note the information contained on the RMA form.
All consignments that arrive at our company as freight collect and consignments without an RMA number cannot be processed; we will immediately send them back to the sender.We will inspect the goods and repair or replace them. The repair will take approx. 10 working days. It will take longer if spare parts need to be procured, for example.Information about the processing status can be obtained from our order processing department.Please use the RMA form for all return shipments, even those associated with an exchange or modifications.
