Dear customer,

Nanotec GmbH & Co. KG does its best to ensure that you receive only flawless products. But, unfortunately, sometimes our products need repairing. In order to be able to handle returns expediently and without any unnecessary delay, we kindly ask you to observe the following RMA ("Return Material Authorization") procedure for your return shipments:

  • Before submitting your return, please check carefully that the product actually has a defect. For unjustified returns, we will invoice $ 94,- for testing and processing plus shipping costs and sales tax.
  • Shipping damages must be reported to the shipping company immediately.
  • Please use our RMA number for your return shipment. You will obtain this number by filling out the RMA form. Please include the delivery note number or invoice number as well as the Nanotec item number to enable us to assign your complaint correctly. You will receive a confirmation with your RMA number within 24 hours. Consignments that arrive as freight collect or without an RMA number will not be processed, they will be returned to the sender instead.
  • Please use UPS for sending your products to us and follow our RMA procedure.

RMA form

We will inspect the returned goods and repair or replace them. The repair will take approx. 10 working days. It may take longer if spare parts must be ordered. Please contact our sales department for information about the processing status.

We kindly ask you to use the RMA form for all returns, even those associated with an exchange or modifications. Thank you!
